Monday, October 12th, 2009Bob Dickerson, our VP of sales and I will be heading to Las Vegas on Sunday for the 2009 SharePoint Conference. Steve Ballmer is giving the keynote and they will begin making public all of the details of the next release of SharePoint. (SharePoint 2010) It will be a busy week meeting with partners, looking at new products and absorbing all the information regarding the latest release. I am looking forward to meeting a lot of great SharePoint pros. See you there!

DocPoint Attends Microsoft State & Local Gov Partner Summit
Friday, October 9th, 2009DocPoint Solutions, along with other Microsoft partners focused in the State and Local Government space, gathered at an all day briefing on Thursday, October 9, 2009 at Microsoft’s offices in Reston, Virginia. Microsoft’s network gathering at McCormick & Schmicks the night before was an enjoyable, relaxed event where you would find Partners finding synergies amongst other Partners. The next day’s break-outs focussed on Microsoft’ FY10 priorities and commitment to providing increased resources and engaging more at the sales ground level with Partners. Microsoft’s commitment to the Channel is stronger than ever!
